Winter Reading

I've got some reading to do! The mail was piling up while we had houseguests (I love you Mom & Dad!), but I finally got to open the packages from my Aunt Barbara and Uncle Bill Fannin. I may need some more bookshelves but I'm excited to expand my gardening library. Thanks!

I was also pretty thrilled to find a Peterson's guide to animal tracks in the secondhand section of the Harvard Bookstore. Of course, "tracks" includes scat, all sketched in glorious detail.

Later today I'm headed to the library to pick up a few books on gardening with kids. I'm working on a curriculum for an after school enrichment course I've proposed at a local elementary school next spring. I'm really excited.
