The tomatoes are piling up on the ripening table. This year I'm canning salsa, blended up tomato, and maybe 1/2 pints of pizza sauce. The chunky tomatoes I made last year were good but so much work peeling and seeding and chopping. This year they are getting blended up, peels and all!
