Cherry Overload

Cherry Jam, Cherry-Lime Jam, Spiced Cherry-Orange Marmalade, Cherries in light syrup, and what will hopefully become Cherry Hooch.  Actually the hooch is an eastern european recipe that involves letting the cherries ferment for a few weeks in sugar before adding some grain alcohol and stowing it away in the basement until Christmas or so.  Sounds like a hangover but could be fun.  I'm leaving the remaining cherries on the tree over the weekend so my neighbors can get a crack at them, but I'll be out again on Monday to clear up the remainders for a cobbler.
