I've got some catching up to do and laundry, practicing, and tomatoes are calling my name, so this post will be mostly pictures. Yesterday's preservation: Roasted Cherry tomatoes and pizza sauce.

Today's harvest - ok, I have been out of town for five days so it was more than usual.
I harvested pears last night with LURC (League of Urban Canners). We got about 56lbs total; I took home 16lbs to ripen and can.
Pickles post-fermentation. We're a little nervous about trying them. Maybe tomorrow I will feel like risking violent digestive rejection.
